Duly filled and signed application form
Letter of invitation or travel order justifying the applicant’s visit to Djibouti
Letter of recommendation from company (if traveling for business)
Hotel reservation
Flight booking
Yellow fever certificate
NB:// THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF VISA FEES IN USD AS THE EMBASSY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO GIVE CHANGE OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS.
1. Non – diplomats have to avail themselves at the Embassy
2. Visa application submission Monday – Thursday 9am – 3pm Friday 9am – 12pm
3. Visa collection Monday – Thursday 12pm – 4pm Friday 12pm – 2pm 4.
Visas are processed within 48 working hours. However, in some cases, the period may be extended up to two weeks.
