Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, meet our safari driver guide and after a short session of safari briefing, drive off to Amboseli National Park which is famous for its spectacular views of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Arrive in time lunch at your hotel and an afternoon game drive in the park

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for a full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes or enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Amboseli National Park with lunch break in between the game drives. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro is one of Kenya's most popular national parks.  It lies 150 miles southeast of Nairobi and is very close to the border with Tanzania. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli.

After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park that is famous for Man Easter - lions which used to attack and almost brought to a halt the construction of Kenya-Uganda Railway. It is also home to Lugards falls, Yatta Plateau, Large herds of Elephants Rhinos, Hirolas (Hunters Hartebeest) and other wildlife.

Tsavo EastNational Park

Tsavo East National Park is the largest protected area in Kenya (11,747 square kilometers) and is not only a land of unparalleled biodiversity but is also a natural home to Africa’s “Big Five” – black rhinos, Cape buffalos, elephants, leopards and of course lions. Though vast in size, the park’s sparse foliage and essentially flat surface allows for easier wildlife spotting and it’s not uncommon to come upon the unique Tsavo lions whose adult males lack the familiar manes. The film “The Ghost and the Darkness” tells the story of Tsavo’s legendary lions known as 'man-eaters' that attacked workers who were building the Kenya-Uganda railway in the late 1800s. Some of Tsavo East's popular attractions are Mudanda Rock, Yatta Plateau and Lugard Falls.

Great herds of elephants roll in the red-dust soil here and gather at essential watering holes to sustain life. Images of these giants spraying each other with red soil are one of delights on this safari never to be forgotten. During your game drives, you stand a chance to come across elands, gerenuks, impalas, Masai giraffes among other animals besides over 500 bird species like the black kites, lovebirds and the sacred Ibis.

The Galana River flowing through the park creates a lush line of greenery cutting across the dusty savannah. You’ll find pods of hippos, crocodileS and waterbuckS adding to the diversity in this unpredictable reserve.

After breakfast drive to Tsavo West National Park. At 9,065 square kilometers, Tsavo West is one of Kenya’s larger parks. It is separated from its sister park - Tsavo East by the Nairobi-Mombasa highway and railway line. Everything about Tsavo West National Park is extreme and striking especially the contours and the variety of its land, deep colours of the desert, springs and the surprise of nearby wildlife emerging from the scrub. The Park has over 60 species of mammals and over 400 bird species. The Park is famous for its dramatic sceneries notably; the Mzima Springs (with its underwater hippo watching point), the Shetani lava flow on the western precinct and Lake Jipe as well as Lake Chala in the southwestern corners.

The park is an immense panorama of savannah broken by dark volcanic lava beds, unexpected vistas, ancient baobab trees and lush oases fed by underground springs. Keep your eyes open for giraffes as they feast on the treetops and don’t be surprised to see buffalos, leopards plus rhinos and more specifically at the Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary. Spot some of the park’s smaller treasures like the bush babies, hartebeests, dik-diks, lesser kudus, gerenuks, impalas and etcetera.
